We're Charissa Farley-Hay and Executive Chef Trilby Tatro, and there isn't a day of the year we aren't working on this room. We built one place on El Paseo where the food is Trilby's, the wine list has opinions, the music is live, and you're welcomed like a friend walking into our living room. We are so happy to see you.

TONIGHT AT WILDEST
CHEF TRILBY'S KITCHEN
Grass-fed venison, Texas quail, Santa Barbara uni, and pasta we now roll ourselves. Chef Trilby cooks what she'd want to eat, and she'll come out and tell you why.
FAROUK'S CELLAR
The desert has named us its best wine bar. Tell Farouk what you like and he'll find you something you'll love. Wine flights are poured every night we're open.

THE BAR + PATIO
Happy hour runs 4:00 to 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM to close. On Thursdays it runs all day, with a $35 wine flight.

LIVE MUSIC
The band plays the desert's own sound. Derek Jordan Gregg, Thursdays and Saturdays. Aeydra, Fridays.
WINE DINNERS
Our wine dinners and the Terroir Series are cooked to order for a very small room. They are never banquet-style. Next up: the Terroir of Trinitas, Wednesday, November 11.
